Private Video Walkthrough of Your Property
After each visit, you receive a private video walkthrough of your home, uploaded as an Unlisted video and shared only with you. You see doors and windows, kitchen and bathrooms, AC area, exterior, and mailbox/packages, narrated by a calm, professional home watch expert.
Storm Alert & Hurricane Checks
When a major storm passes through the Venice area, members can request a priority storm damage check on their property. This extra layer of storm season support is one of the biggest reasons snowbirds stay on the plan year after year.
Optional Family Updates
If you’d like, we can send a short, clear update to an adult child or trusted contact after a visit, such as “Checked the house today; everything looks great.”

Bring in patio furniture, secure loose items, and check shutters before a storm.
Return Home Prep ($75–$150):

Repair Coordination ($40–$60/hour):
We can meet the plumber, cable technician, or other professionals at your home and supervise repairs or service calls.
Return Home Welcome Visit:
Before you fly in, we can start the fridge, check water, and make sure the home is guest‑ready.
